Terms & Conditions

    1. All payment will be charged upfront in cash or by transfer into account.

    2. Failure of payment will be prosecuted (All prosecution charges will be charged to the customer).

    3. We reserve the right to refuse or stop the services at any stage of the job (Subject to the attitude and behavior or the customers).

    4. Hourly Job/minimum booking is 3 hours.

    5. Job finished within the hour will be charged at full hourly rate.

    6. Out of hour charge will be £139.00 P/H – after 9-5 Monday to Friday.

    7. Packing materials will be charged separately (in all jobs) according to our packing materials price list.

    8. (a) Parking suspension dispensation is customers responsibility if we get clamped or fined during loading & unloading will be included in final invoice.

    (b) No payments will be refunded back to the customer for any damage of contents, property or floor.

    9. Congestion/ULES charge will be charged £45.00 per day on each van.

    10. The cost of parking meter will be charged and included for each van in final invoice.

    11. No damage will be paid if part or self loading. 

    12. It is customer responsibility to make payment for storage every 4th weekly 10 days in advance.

    13. Service will only be base to base (Delivery will be at the nearest place in the property on the ground floor only, we are not responsible for organizing the flat or house).

    14. 50% deposit to be paid on booking. Any cancellation of job by the customer will be charged 50% of total cost of job & no deposit will be refunded.

    15. Company will be not be responsible for any items missing, lost, broken, stolen, or damaged if it has not been intimated to the driver at the end of job done on the day of the removal (Customer should supervise his/her own goods and property at both ends the pick up and destination address).

    16. No damage will be paid if part or self loading.

    17. No damage will be paid for, if we have not provided a full packing and wrapping service by our own staff.

    18. All the customers should have their own content/home insurance for their own goods and property at both ends.

    19. All the customers should buy goods in transit insurance separately from the company for their goods in the van, otherwise company will not be responsible for any damage of goods if the vehicle is involved in an accident or fire.

    20. Two ID’s including one photo ID are required for security purposes.

    21. In result of any waiting or delay by the customer, there will be hourly charged and included in the final invoice.

    22. Goods will not be delivered at the destination until all the payments have been made. In the event of damage, our own representative will assess the value of the damaged goods or property, as all goods inside the property will be considered 2nd hand or used only restoration or repair will be done if agreed, even antiques. 

    23. While doing odd jobs e.g.(bringing sofa through the window) the company will not be responsible for any damage to the property or goods.

    STORAGE NOTICE:

    24. The storage payments, including a minimum of 4 weeks, will be charged upfront. If the storage withdrawal happens within the 4 weeks, even then, will be still charged for min 4 weeks, and no payment will be refunded.

    25. In the event of non-payment of storage costs, all items in the storage unit will be disposed off within 1 week of payment expiry. Additional charges will apply for dumping yard fees and removal services to dispose off the contents.

    26. No items like hazards and any kind of food are allowed in the storage.

    27. We only provide returns delivery service back to the customer’s address, and there are agreed delivery charges for the service, which is before the delivery to be paid and we don’t allow customers to pick up their own goods from storage themselves.

    28. In case of late payment of the storage period, there will be late payment charges to be added to the invoice.

    29. The storage cost will be charged 1 week in advance in case of continuation or extension of storage time period.

    30. Failure of storage payment will be prosecuted, and the cost of prosecution will be charged to customers.

    31. If the customer has not bought the insurance separately for the contents or goods in the storage, then company has no liabilities to pay back or refund for any content.
